• 15 day return or NO CREDIT
• Exact purchased transmission unit returned: type for type
• Broken or damaged cases 50% credit
• Core must be rebuildable or 50% credit
• Plastic containers must be returned or $100.00 charge
• Missing torque converter, parts or brackets will charge dealer net
• Core credit will be issued 48 hours after receiving and inspecting
